  28. Zenith has been trying to get their modems to work on our 2-way
  29. functional system for almost 2 months with little sucess.  They blame
  30. everything but their products.  In contrast both Hybrid and Com21 have
  31. modems up and working on our system to li ited numbers of users, and
  32. have had for years.
